Many schools offer Professional Development. Often staff signing up to courses is done in a haphazard manner. This resource offers a solution that is a signup system that will allow teachers to use a Google Form to sign up for courses being offered internally within the school.
A teacher will be able to open a Google Form, choose the course, choose the date and time of the course.
They will receive a confirmation email.
The trainer will receive an email confirming the new sign up.
A reminder email will be sent on the day of the training.
An Google Calendar invitation will be sent to the respondent.
The trainer can confirm attendance.
After attending the respondent will receive an email with a link to a Feedback form.
The Feedback form will ask for feedback on the session as well as asking if a follow up session is needed.
Upon completion of the Feedback form, the trainer will receive an email with the feedback given.
If a follow up is needed, the trainer and respondent will receive an invite to the follow up session indicated by the respondent in the Feedback form.
This course is run using Google Forms. The resources are within a Google Folder which can be accessed within the PDF of this resource.
