It has taken me awhile, but I have FINALLY created IEP progress monitoring binders in hopes to help special education teachers stay better organized during the end of each school quarter, while completing students’ data collecting. This binder was designed to monitor IEP goals weekly – for 9 weeks and to monitor students’ quarterly progress. In each binder there are teacher recording sheets for each goal being monitored weekly/quarterly, and I have also added graphs that allow students to keep track of their weekly and quarterly progress being recorded. I have specifically created each Progress Monitoring Recording Binder to match each of my IEP Meetings Binder – if you should wish to combine the two.
A DETAILED LIST OF WHAT EACH BINDER INCLUDES:
Weekly Data Collecting & Student Charting Cover Sheet
2 Options of Weekly Data Collecting (both editable)
Option 1 – student sheet with goal(s), marking period, and data chart
Option 2 – student sheet with goal(s), marking period, data chart, and graph*
Quarterly Progress Tracking Cover Sheet
2 Options of Quarterly Progress Tracking (both editable)
Option 1 – student sheet with goal(s), goal(s) start/end date, and data chart
Option 2 – student sheet with goal(s), goal(s) start/end date, data chart, and graph*
Quarterly Check Cover Sheet
Progress Monitoring Quarterly Checklist
*graphs range from 1-10, 2-20, 5-50, 10-100, 100-200
(Not all pages in this binder are editable.)
On all editable pages you will find…
-Places to insert the text you would like to appear
-Color schemes I have used on the un-editable pages
-Times New Roman font
I realize some of you may not have the fonts that I have used in this binder. I changed all of the editable pages to Times New Roman so you can use your favorite fonts ☺ Or if you would rather print out a blank copy to write on, simply delete the text boxes on the pages you wish to hand write on.
If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask!
