Give your hard work a great finishing touch
Progress Report Covers for SLPs
contains B&W templates to make your progress reports professional in appearance. You’ve spent a lot of time interpreting the data you’ve collected and putting it into progress reports. Progress Report Covers for SLPs
will give you a nice finishing touch that will be appreciated by parents and staff!
There are two sections of covers – portrait and landscape. Each one contains 10 covers. That’s 20 total to choose from! All the covers are B&W for easy printing and copying.
For the PDF sections
You can print one cover out, make desired number of copies, and handwrite the information
Use all of the editable boxes and print out a cover for each student
Fill in the common editable boxes (Date, SLP, School/District), print, make copies, and handwrite the other information (Student, Grade/Teacher). This is the option I use. See the last thumbnail for an example.
Use Adobe Reader (free) for best results when using editable boxes.
NOTE: For the purposes of this product, "editable" refers to lines that can be filled in using Adobe Reader and a font. Changing the borders, fonts and designs is "customizable". We hope we have provided you with a good selection of covers. If you need a customized design, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For the Powerpoint sections:
You will need PowerPoint to open the portrait and landscape Powerpoint sections. The resolution is slightly less than the PDF sections. Highlight on "Click here" type to put in your information. This allows more font selections and the ability to change type sizes that the PDF format does not have.
This product is in a zipped file. Make sure you have a program to open it before purchasing.
