Progress reports for studio teachers! I recommend that you write progress reports at the conclusion of studio recitals or at the end of each semester. In the top box, write what skills the students the students have improved, and in the bottom box, write what skills the students should be working on next term. Sound excited about all the fun students are going to have learning new skills. Parents will appreciate knowing what their money is buying them, and students will be excited about what they are going to learn next!
Also included is a pre-adjudication report for students advanced and competitive students. Modeled after state and festival contest standards, this form grades students in eight categories: Intonation, Tone Quality, Rhythm, Articulation, Phrasing, Stage Presence, Memorization, and General Effect. I created this for students who requested tough standards before audition or recital! There is a sectional at the bottom for suggestions for how to improve before the next performance.
This bundle comes with three themes - purple guitar, blue note, and simple (black and white).
