I took this problem from the Business Management 13e textbook by Burrow and Kleindl and added my own spin by adding Microsoft Word components.
Students will figure the percentage of annual sales that three companies spent on research. They will then create a cylinder chart to show their results. They will then compare the results from the three companies to the average for all businesses in a paragraph below the chart.
I have included a completed cylinder chart on the key.
