Description

Pronouns Color Code - parts of speech practice using two fun activity sheets. The topics include subject pronouns, object pronouns, relative pronouns, and intensive pronouns.

Both a print version and a digital Easel version are included.

In the first activity, students sort subject pronouns and object pronouns, plus they sort for singular forms and plural forms of each, by coloring in the sections of a design using a color code.

In the second activity, students color in the design to sort four types of pronouns - subject pronouns, object pronouns, relative pronouns, and intensive pronouns.

Differentiation

Two activities - one easier and one more difficult

The activities address the following Common Core Standards:

  • Demonstrate command of the conventions of standard English grammar
  • Use relative pronouns
  • use intensive pronouns

The Easel version is ready for student use. In this version, students use the highlighter tool to color the design.

The answer key is included in the PDF.
