This notes page goes along with the PowerPoint that I have created about 10 different proofreading marks. You can use this as a guided notes page or as a worksheet.
You may even use this page as a differentiated matching activity. Print off page one (application - higher level) on a colored paper and then cut the symbol column and the example column apart to match the symbol to which sentence you will use that correction for. Print the 2nd page (recall - lower level) off on a different color. Cut out the symbols and the what it means column and have the students match the symbol to what it does.
Note: there IS an answer key attatched.
