• Find and correct errors involving multiplication,
quotient, zero, and negative properties of exponents
(not rational exponents).
I use these task cards as a station activity. While one group is working on these error analysis task cards, another group works with me on a different activity for
half of the class period before switching. This allows students to try different types of problems and ask me questions in a smaller group setting.
I cut the cards out and have several sets at the station. Students work in pairs, small groups, or individually to find and correct the errors.
