ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
This stations activity is quick to set up and is meant to get students to identify, think about, and discuss the properties of water. Students rotate through the stations with a partner or in small groups and try to determine which property of water is being observed.
Water properties are based on hydrogen bonding and include surface tension, cohesion, adhesion, resistance to temperature change, high heat of vaporization, capillary action, universal solvent, ice density.
