Use a familiar, fun game to help students learn the terms for the properties of a solid, including: volume, length, width, weight, luster, texture, ductility, malleability, conductivity, melting point, freezing point, and color.
For each game, just print and cut apart 28 cards from one sheet of card stock. Put the cards in a baggie with a rule card and answer key and you've got what a group needs to review the terms listed above.
A Word™ document is included in the zip file with the terms and definitions so you can easily adapt the cards to fit your science lesson.
