Product Description
I got this awesome idea from a great friend of mine, Carol C., at Temple High School. I created cards and a written description of the activity. This worked SO WELL with helping my Biology students understand transcription and translation!! Simple fun activity that tells a story involving your students.

Extension- Students create an 8 codon DNA sequence. They then translate that sequence into mRNA and match the amino acid with a cake pop flavor. The last page has 8 Cake Pops that they label with the flavor and color.
