This is a two part mental health experiment for beginning Psychology students. They first fill out a mental health survey every night to measure their baseline for a week. Then they are read articles about ways to improve mental health. They pick one of those methods and then do it several times for a one week time period, filling out the same survey. Finally they share their scores anonymously and the class analyzes the data to see if there is improvement in the score. Not the most rigorous of experiments, but the students liked doing this project.
