PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In an effort to better understand memory and forgetting we are going to track incidents of forgetting.

As soon as you realize that you’ve forgotten something, write down the following information for each incident:
1. The situation in which the forgetting occurred (what were you doing).
2. Your emotional state at the time of the forgetting (your mood).

Based on your log, formulate a theory of forgetting. Why do you forget things?
