Pumpkins, Pumpkin Life Cycle, Pumpkin Crafts, Oh my! If you’re discussing pumpkins with your class, this pumpkin life cycle one page craftivity is the perfect culminating activity!
This one page craft is fun and easy to create. Students color the parts of the pumpkin and then cut on the dotted lines. Next, students glue together the pumpkin pieces and put their life cycle in order! Have students wrap their vines around a pencil or their finger to make them curl. (It’s easiest to do this before gluing.)
There are 4 versions, and each version comes with the “Pumpkin Life Cycle” title and the “I Can Show How Pumpkins Grow!” title. For the first two versions, students cut and paste the steps of the pumpkin life cycle in order. Number and word prompts are included. The 3rd version requires students to draw the steps, but the word prompts are already included. The final version asks students to draw and write the steps of the pumpkin life cycle.
This resource also includes The Pumpkin Song and an Informational poster to help students remember the pumpkin life cycle and a bulletin board sign. This craftivity makes the perfect bulletin board! All of these items come in black and white and color as well!
