This 20 page number book resource requires students to cut and paste the correct number of pumpkins into a ten frame(s) to match the number at the top of each page and trace the number word. Each page has a child with pumpkin graphic, a pumpkin with the number in it, the matching number word to be traced, a ten frame(s), and 10-21 pumpkins to cut out. There will be extra pumpkin cut-outs on each page except for the number ten which will have the exact number of pumpkins. There is one page for each number 1-20.

These pages can be put into a book format before students complete each page or after pages are completed. They can also be used as individual pages as needed. It would make a great math center or morning work activity to be completed throughout the week. Books can be made for 1-10, 11-20, or 1-20 to provide for differentiation.

Please look at the PREVIEW to see every page included.

Count to answer “how many?” questions about as many as 20 things arranged in a line, a rectangular array, or a circle, or as many as 10 things in a scattered configuration; given a number from 1-20, count out that many objects.
When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.
Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
Write numbers from 0 to 20. Represent a number of objects with a written numeral 0-20 (with 0 representing a count of no objects).
