This Fact and Opinion Pumpkins are a FUN, interactive way to teach fact and opinion! They also make an AWESOME bulletin board display during the fall! Use either a story or a good ol’ pumpkin to teach the difference between facts and opinions. Then, let students brainstorm and write their own fact and opinions behind each “flap” on the pumpkin.
Included in this file:
*Directions for preparation of the pumpkins with pictures (I have a parent volunteer prep these)
*Multiple pumpkin template options - fonts/blank
*Bulletin board sign – pre-printed
* Blank pumpkin templates to use for bulletin board display
Students also love the STORY ELEMENTS PUMPKIN!
