This is a great resource for mandatory student engagement, formative assessment and checks for understanding. Fold the paper in half (laminate for durability and future use). Add a clothes pin (or use finger as a pointer). After learning about the different types of punctuation, write sentences on chart paper without the punctuation at the end. Have students clip or use their finger to show which punctuation belongs at the end of the sentence.
