This game was created using PowerPoint. It consists of 24 sentences that contain no punctuation within them. The students must use their knowledge of punctuation marks in order to correctly fix the sentences. The sentences contain quotation marks, periods, commas, question marks and many more. The teacher can simply print off the pages and laminate them (to create a reusable game). Using theses sentences, you can divide the students into an even number of teams, divide the sentences between them and have a relay race to see who can finish the sentences first. This is a fun way to practice punctuation skills and it will help you to see what issues your students are having when using punctuation correctly. ENJOY!
