PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This foldable can be used to introduce or review Punnett Squares. The example is based off of Gregor Mendel's pea plant experiments, specifically the flower color.

Essential Question: What is the difference between genotype and phenotype?

The student should complete the punnett square and answer the essential question. Students can then demonstrate their understanding of phenotype by coloring the "observable trait" inside the foldable.

This foldable should be printed two-sided so that the pea plants are located inside of the flaps.

For an example of the completed foldable, please see the product preview!
