It is meant to be a BASIC formative assessment, the results of which should help inform the pace of the remainder of your Pythagorean Theorem Unit.
Explain a proof of the Pythagorean Theorem and its converse.
Apply the Pythagorean Theorem to determine unknown side lengths in right triangles in real-world and mathematical problems in two and three dimensions.
It contains an 8 Question quiz in both hard copy and Google Forms formats
NOTE: This assessment does NOT include the following scenarios:
1) Real world problems
2) Problems in 3D Figures
3) Distance between Two Points on a Coordinate Plane
