These task cards can be used with a cooperative learning group in dissecting the math behind the Pythagorean Theorem. Students will create squares based on dimension cards in order to form the legs of a right triangle. They will then have to use the Pythagorean theorem to find the hypotenuse and construct the missing square. There are analytic questions students will have to answer once their triangle has been constructed. The dimension cards that accompany these task cards are differentiated based on ability level. Dimension cards sold separately.
