Everyone loves Hallowe'en. Students are given a still life scene that they must recreate using for loops and draw commands. The whole purpose of this CA is to learn how to break commands into little steps by sequencing them. It also emphasizes code optimization by reinforcing the "KISS" concept. This package builds on the Python 2 A Turtle Draw Command and 2 C For Loop Structure packages and finds out whether or not they can transfer the knowledge they have learned. It includes a culminating activity and a planning page as well as two CA rubrics to choose from.
This is the fourth of 5 resources. As a culminating activity this package will challenge the student to prove their understanding by creating something new by combining the concepts they have learned. This will determine whether or not a student has completely synthesized the material presented in the two previous packages.
