Description

Introducing iPad procedures to your class? Want your students to learn how to use a QR code reader? This activity is perfect for classroom with iPads to discover the technology of QR codes.

I used this in my 1-5 STEM class and the kids LOVED it. You can use this as a singular activity for the whole group or you can use this as a station!

This low prep activity, occurs as the teacher hides 11 different QR codes around the classroom. Each student will get a corresponding recording sheet, in which they are working to find the answer to a joke. When students find a QR card, they scan the code and a letter will pop up. This is the letter they must record on the line, with the number that matches that particular QR card.

*** You MUST have access to an iPad OR device with the capability for a QR code reader. ***

- QR reader apps are available for free on the app store.
