Description

QR codes make task cards more engaging! Simply cut out and laminate the cards and place in a center with a device that can read QR codes (iPod Touch, iPad, tablet, or laptop/desktop with a camera). Students get immediate feedback when they scan the QR codes.

This set includes 32 task cards that go through the hundreds place and cover the following skills:

Cards 1-8: Write the number for each base 10 block representation

Cards 9-16: Write how many ones, tens, or hundreds are in each given number

Cards 17-20: Write the value of the specified digit in each 3-digit number

Cards 21-32: Write numbers in standard, word, and expanded form

These task cards are aligned to the Common Core State Standards 2.NBT.1 and 2.NBT.3. A student recording sheet, answer key, and one-page (6 question) quick assessment are included. I recently upgraded all of my math task cards to include a digital, self-grading version of the quick assessment using Google Forms™! Download the preview to see the task cards up close.
