These no-prep lessons begin with a discussion of direct versus indirect quotes.
They continue with using quotation marks for single part and separated quotes for dialogue in text, and the correct punctuation for these quotes.
The basic lessons have both board notes - for smart/prom/white boards or doc cameras - and student worksheets which have the essential parts of the board notes plus additional practice.
Several additional practice worksheets are here and then a test.
All Answers included.
Teacher suggestions are included and all are classroom tested.
There is a one page worksheet here for using single quotes. That skill is not included in the test.
I added a word search for early finishers.
