This is a double-sided review sheet with 14 questions (some with multiple parts) over Quadratic Functions.

The first question gives the student a quadratic equation, asks them to graph it and then identify critical information about the quadratic such as vertex, domain & range, finding specific function values, etc. This question is intended to be done on the graphing calculator.

Question 2 gives the student a quadratic equation that models a real-life situation and asks similar questions as #1 such as maximum height achieved, reasonable domain & range, etc.

Questions 3 & 4 give the student a table of values and ask them to determine whether the data represents a linear, quadratic or neither function.

Questions 5 - 7 give the student a transformed equation of the quadratic parent function and asks them to identify what transformations took place.

Questions 8 & 9 give the student a graph of a parabola and ask them to identify the domain & range.

Questions 10 - 12 have to do with vertex form. The student is either asked to identify the vertex & sketch a graph, convert from vertex form to standard form or write the equation of the quadratic given its vertex and another point on the graph.

#13 asks the student to complete the square to identify the vertex, but "a" = 1 and "b" is even.

Finally, question #14 is similar to question #1 except that the student is to graph the quadratic on the provided graph paper and then answer the pertinent questions.
