Three versions of a test on graphical analysis of quadratics, including matching a function with its graph, graphing a function and finding the vertex and y-intercept, and solving two “word problems” by writing a quadratic function and then using it to answer additional questions i.e. finding vertex to determine the maximum value or the x-intercept to find the zero. Each test is a two-page editable Microsoft Word (with MathType) document. With my scanned (hand-written) answer keys (PDF format).
