This worksheet allows students to graph quadratic functions that begin in factored, vertex, or standard form. I use it as a supplement to Chapter 5 of my Prentice Hall Algebra 2 book and Chapter 10 of my Prentice Hall Algebra 1 book.
It also asks for key features of the function such as: x-intercepts, y-intercepts, vertex, domain and range.
It is meant to go beyond the book to hit the common core standards more completely. It is good for students to connect what key features work best with which form of the equation.
