Product Description
This worksheet could also be used with Chapter 5 of the Prentice Hall Algebra 2 book.

This worksheet asks the students to first write quadratic functions to model graphs that are given. Some have x-intercepts and can be written in factored form and some have a vertex and can be written in vertex form. Next, it asks students to consider a transformation of an original function to create a new function. Finally, it asks what transformation led from the original to the new function.

This could be done as classwork or homework. It could be done individually or as with a group.
