I use this foldable to introduce the steps to determining a quadratic regression. I have students create an example of a scatterplot with quadratic trends on the first page. The second page of the booklet lists the steps for the TI calculator, and the rest contains two examples.
This should be printed as 2-sided flipped on short edge. Students will cut on the dashed line in the middle. Paper will be folded in half and glued (hot dog style) - only put glue on the places marked. Students will then grab each edge of the "hot dog" and push in to the center. The gap where the dashed line was will open up, then the pages will get folded over to make a small booklet.
