This is a simple worksheet that could be used for individual practice, homework, or even a quick check after introducing quadratic shifts and stretches.
My favorite part is actually the graphic organizer on the back side that allows students to visually demonstrate their understanding of parameter changes on the quadratic parent function. This might be something they do with you during class.
I prefer to print them out 2 to a page so that each student gets a half sheet, but you can also do a full page for more space.
