This 26 Question Cumulative Review is awesome and includes a variety of question types.
Here are the directions to the problems:
1-4: Solve by using the Quadratic Formula: (Show every step).
5-8: Find the vertex, axis of symmetry, direction of opening, and discriminant.
On Questions #13-18 write the quadratic equations in vertex form y=a(x=h)2+k. Then, identify the vertex.
In 9-12, determine the discriminant and then determine how many solutions the equation will have, and of what type.
18-21: Identify the vertex of each. Then sketch the graph. State the domain and range.
22-26: Write a quadratic equation in STANDARD FORM given the following roots.
This is a word document so if you don't focus on discriminant and want to delete that part you can edit the document. This is made for an Algebra 2 class, a common core math class, or a equivalent level course.
