Quarterly Reflections | Digital and EDITABLE Google Form

What educators are saying
Description
If you're looking to get authentic feedback from your students, try the Digital Quarter Reflections made using Google Forms, especially helpful during Parent Teacher Conferences. If a parent is confused why their child received the grade they did, I can point to the student’s own words as to why. I can also point to the areas where the students admitted they could improve upon for the second quarter. The reflections can be eye-opening and I use the information to help shape my instruction and my relationships with the students.
How do you share your Google Form?
The easiest way to share the Quarterly Reflections with your students is to upload the Form to your Google Classroom. You can also share the link to the Google Form with your students.
Once the students have completed the reflection, simply click on the response button, and you will see your students responses. You can also click on the green Google Sheets icon and your results will be imported into Sheets for easy viewing and/or printing.
How do you use the EDITABLE Google Form?
There are 4 quarterly reflections that are GENERAL and all you need to do is (INSERT) your quarterly units and they are ready to share! But I also included the 4 quarterly reflections that I share with my own students in case you find them helpful. For those questions, you will want to change my name to your name, then delete any of my criteria and add your own, delete my questions and add your own, delete my units and add your own, delete my grade and add your own, etc… Because you purchased a digital product that is EDITABLE, you can make any changes you would like to the questions or look of the Google Form.
More NO-PREP Resources mentioned in my Quarterly Reflections:
