Are you tired of two students getting wildly different expressions to evaluate on their versions of a quiz when using textbook question banks? Me too! This question bank contains 21 Order of Operations problems and 15 "Evaluate when x = . . ." types of problems. They cover most of the fundamental situations where students confuse addition and subtraction or multiplication and division. Problem structure will be consistent across all versions of a quiz, but numbers and results are adequately randomized.
This will also be part of my "Pre-Algebra Chapter 1 Question Banks."
It is created in ExamView 7.5 and could be a useful tool if you are looking at how to edit or create your own dynamic questions. Most of the problems in the question bank can be easily modified by choosing different ranges of numbers if you want higher or lower values.
