These daily questions, designed for beginning readers, allow your class to “check in” each day by sharing their response to a fun daily question. This information can later be used to create graphs and compare responses.
Place the question in the pocket chart and allow students to share their response by placing their name card (not included) under their response on the pocket chart. (Response cards are 3.5" X 3.5").
Not only do you get to know your students through this activity, but they also get to practice their blossoming reading and writing skills. The 100 questions in this set contain pictures cues and use many high frequency words, encouraging beginning readers to read the questions independently.
The 100 questions in this set include questions that can used throughout the year, including the following themes:
NOTE: Now includes alternate pages for the following:
-home/school lunch: hot/cold lunch
-(potato) chips: crisps
