This resource is a way to have daily check-ins, one-on-one sessions, or as a group activity. My recommendation is to print a sheet for each student, laminate/make reusable, and have students/kiddos fill out each day for a brief check-in with themselves.
Pro-tip: Integrate restorative circles into the classroom using this resource by having folks share with each other. Example: For question 1, raise your hand if you chose "Great", look around/acknowledge, encourage students at "great" to be mindful of students at "horrible", etc.
