Making coordinate graph pictures are a great, high interest way for students to practice placing coordinates on a graph. There are a lot of great large pictures projects (shameless plug for my Star Wars, Angry Birds, and Lego Batman picture projects) but sometimes having a project with a lot of steps can be overwhelming or take too much time. This packet includes 12 mini coordinate graph pictures. Each practice is only a half-page so they don’t take nearly as long as the bigger pictures. They’re great for a quick warm-up, something to do after a test, or a brief review. Six of the graphs only use one quadrant and six of the graphs use 4 quadrant graphs- so there’s something for everyone to practice! My students were drooling over these practices and I even noticed that some ended up being hung in lockers! I even had students who were NOT in my math class come and ask me if they could have some to try.
