This is an Editable Word Document that I use to plan my sessions for the upcoming week. This also serves as my therapy schedule for the week. It's very basic but easy to use. It is intended to be printed in a landscape orientation with one page per week. (I prefer keeping this simple; however, if you feel you need more room, you could print morning on one side and afternoon on the other. This would give you more room to type additional goals, etc.) I have color-coded by month by printing on different colored paper. I file these at the end of the week, and it serves as one more form of documentation of who was served, etc. The bottom to do section serves as an area to make notes for things to do that day or upcoming reminders.
