This is an exercise with numbers 1-31. I use this when first teaching numbers to students (specifically 3rd and 4th grade, but this could possibly be used with other beginners). I preteach the phrases “Yo tengo ___.” and “¿Quién tiene ___?”
1. Cut out the cards.
2. Pass out all cards (some students can have more than one card).
3. Choose one student to begin by reading their card and saying their number in Spanish. After they ask, “¿Quién tiene ___?”, the student with that number reads his/her card.
4. Exercise continues until all numbers have been called.
