Description

This PowerPoint presentation would be a great way to introduce and/or review how to use quotation marks. Incorporate student participation on a SmartBoard by having students use the pen and circle yes/no and they can edit the sentences by adding the quotation marks. A fun activity to do after this presentation would be to have students create their own comic strip using quotation marks. For younger students, they could use a sentence strip and macaroni noodles to make a sentence and glue down the noodles as their quotation marks.
