This is a musically integrated power point presentation for creating a social contract towards classroom management. It can be used across all grades and encourages students to share and discuss the many different aspects of what fair is for everyone. The preview is a country version and if you purchase the lesson you will have a second version of the song (rap) as well. Not only does it provide the first three concepts of the contract but it also encourages your class to create concepts of their own to personalize the process of building a classroom community together. The song comes in two forms. The first is the full version with the first three concepts included and described in the chorus. The second version is without the chorus so that your students can sing out their own ideas about what type of classroom environment they want to be a part of. It took my class about 3 days to complete this presentation and my students enjoyed the music more and more each time we played it. With each new approach to the presentation includes examples and explanations in regards to what tasks are being taken on. R&B Arts Integration makes every attempt to have the use of our presentations be as little work as possible for the teacher because being teachers ourselves we know how little time there really is in the day. So kick back and enjoy talking and getting to know your students a little better as they pave the way to a comfortable classroom atmosphere where fair really is fair for everyone.
Thank you for introducing music into your classroom with,
