"Remembering Mother Goose" is a short three-act play that celebrates the holiday season using classic nursery rhymes. The script chronicles what happens when Mother Goose is left alone during the holidays. It’s not surprising that the retro nursery rhyme characters know just what to do! Since the play is designed for students in the lower elementary levels (PK-3), the parts are short and written in verse so they’re easy for students to learn. The script has 18 roles but additional parts could be added if needed. The costumes are simple to make or easy to find. Set design and stage directions are included so production can be adapted to fit a large or small venue. "Remembering Mother Goose" is an old-fashioned way to celebrate the holidays with family and friends!
