### Description

In this trigonometry activity, students will measure their height and shadows (outside) to find the angle of elevation of the sun. For the activity, you will need

• tape measures (I buy mine here on Amazon)
• outdoor sunny area

This activity is a great way for students to see how trig. works in real life! It's a prep-free activity that is mostly student led. My students love it! See preview for the complete 2 page worksheet. Teacher instructions and tips are also included.
