This is a summative assessment I created for my 5th grade class. I introduced it at the beginning of the unit on figurative language. It includes an engaging scenario and 2 assignments that lead up to a final assignment. Students will work toward creating a short anti-bullying film. The way I used it the students all (each individual) created the final "Director's Cut" for a DVD and then in groups of 3-5 chose one of them to create the short film.
