To master RL 3.6, students must distinguish their own point of view, or perspective, from that of a narrator or those of the character. This product goes perfectly with that standard and the book "Two Bad Ants" by Chris Van Allsburg. The students must go through several events in the story and tell the ants' perspective vs the human's perspective. After that, the students answer a few comprehension questions and spiral language skills of figurative language. The students then have a writing assignment to retell an event in the story from the human's perspective. My students loved the book and this assignment!
