Product Description
This is a fiction text (3 pages long) about a girl that is faced with a decision to be honest with her parents, or tell a lie to be able to attend a sleepover. There are two girls, Mandy and Kelly, that have traits that can be inferred using text evidence. Characters have things in common and differences. Students will be assessed on their ability to read and comprehend the text, make inferences about characters, and then compare/contrast the two characters using a graphic organizer and then by writing a summary. Answer key included as well as grading scale to assist with scoring. This is a high interest story that is relevant for 4-6 grades.
