Looking for a quick and easy way to determine if a student needs RTI Response to Intervention in the area of Articulation? I have put together this quick and easy RTI Response to Intervention for articulation assessment for J as in "jump." You can see from the form that it is to be used to pretest and then give the post test after your interventions have been completed. I have included stimulus pictures in black and white and color.
You could put the color sheet in a page protector and quickly assess the student, transfer your scores, and then erase for the next student. I have included a cover for the initial/medial/final position of words. Print out two copies of the assessment, then use the cover template to give one copy to your child (this way they only see what you want them to see) and one for you to use as your tally sheet. See visuals inside the pdf.
◈I also use this during annual reviews as my informal assessment. I use the graph to show progress and I use the data to create IEP goals! The forms could also be used to periodically document student progress.◈
