This is a fun, easy game for your young students to practice 1 to 1 counting, and learning how to graph data. They can use two-sided counters that are two different colors. (Ours happened to be red on one side, yellow on the other.) The students take 5 counters, shake them up, and "roll" them. Then they count how many are showing the red side, and how many are showing yellow. Lastly they color the graph boxes according to the colors they "rolled."
