Students can practice their number identification and counting skills while learning about the story of Rachel from the Bible! There are two activity options for differentiation: a completed number chart for coloring only and a blank chart for students to write in the numbers themselves before coloring. The picture has a Bible passage clue (Genesis 29:9-12) for students and teachers to look up and read together. The answer key reveals the colored picture and the Bible verse clue. The picture is of Rachel the shepherdess with a staff and a sheep.
Optional number cards are included for students who need an easier way to see and keep track of the numbers they are to color with each picture. These can be printed on colored paper and given to students who need extra support, or used as a game in which students pick a card and find the number on the chart.
This makes a great resource for teaching Old Testament Bible History or religious themed Women's History!
