Product Description
This is a set of two games, each played almost the same exact way making it easy to transfer to an independent activity. Students collect counters to be able to move a space on the game board.
Race to 50: Count by 5’s:
(Every racer needs the helping hands of his/her pit crew… :) )

For each turn, the player spins the spinner. Whatever number is landed on, he/she will put that number of beans on his/her hand card, matching a one to one correspondence with the “fingerprint”. When he/she fills the hand, he/she will clear the hand and move one space on the game board. After making the move, the player should start at the beginning and count up to where he/she is now. For example, after collecting five beans to move to the “40”, the player should make the move and then count out loud, “5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40”.
The first player to get to 50 wins the game.
Race to 100: Count by 10’s:
(All racers need to get gas in their cars… :) )

For each turn, the player spins the spinner. Whatever number is landed on, he/she will put that number of beans on his/her gasoline ten frame, matching a one to one correspondence with the boxes. When he/she fills the ten frame, he/she will clear it, and move one space on the game board. After making the move, the player should start at the beginning and count up to where he/she is now. For example, after collecting ten beans to move to the “70”, the player should make the move and then count out loud, “10-20-30-40-50-60-70”.
The first player to get to 100 wins.
